Long Range Antenna Kit for Lightbridge
This kit is composed by 2 antennas for the ground unit, one directional (half sphere helix 2.4ghz 9dBi), the other omni-directional 1.7dBi.
Also there are 2 antenans for the Bird side unit, with direct plug-in cables for the 2 black omni directional antennas (pinwheel antennas 1.7dBi).
These should be installed on the bird 90 degrees one for the other.
If installing this on a Phantom  2 we have a perfect antenna mount for  the 2 bird side antennas here
These  Circular polarized antennas will provide more than double stock distanced but most importantly they will allow to keep image delay to a minimum due to verry high data bandwidth even when flying far from the Home location.

MAVIC PRO CP ANTENNA KIT
This kit is based on FPVLR Half Sphere Helix V3, orginally designed by Donato Marcantonio at FPVLR and constantly improved.
with 10dBi gain, and true circular polarization these are hard to beat.
They will destroy not only linear polarized kits , but  when amplified they are the only kind of antennas that eliminate cross-talk and provide cleaner video at incredible distances.

Quick tip for the novices:
You will see several attempted copies of this antenna around the web, some will claim they use “SILVER” as their winding material and promise magic. This said, don’t be fooled by snake oil. Those antennas do not use a matching network and they are not well matched to 2.4ghz, also “SILVER” has better conductivity than copper which does nothing for the antenna, it just gives higher bandwidth, which is actually bad for this antenna. Once the waves leaver the copper , or silver, or steel antenna the waves have to travel in the”aether”… silver does nothing for propagation of radio waves. This antenna is already extremely wide band as it is. The only reason why the copy-cat people are using silver coated copper is that so they don’t have to scrape enamel on the copper wire at the bottom for the soldering job and they can do that faster without enamel coating. Be smart! Use the best and DO compare ours with any other copies out there.

RHCP 1.2 Ghz 7.5 Turn Helix
Our latest addition to the CP antenna line. This antenna kicks butt! Extremely wide band, it will work from 980mhz up to 1280 mhz with SWR being very low at 1080, 1120, 1160 and 1200. It stays below 1.2:1 on all these 4 frequencies, and it stays below 1.6:1 on 980mhz and 1280mhz.Â
This antenna has reached distances up  to 63km and has successfully been used for college balloon launch to the stratosphere.

1.2-1.3GHz FPV Antennas
RHCP 1.2-1.3-900 pinwheel set (CRASHPROOF)
This set is good for 1.2-1.3 and even 900mhz frequencies. All you need to do is specify the correct frequency and it will be sized accordingly.
One antenna comes with 90° connector, the other one comes with a straight connector. If you need both with 90° connectors please select 2 pcs of the single antenna.
All 1.2 pinwheels now incorporate our well proven “CRASHPROOF” system, which consists of a CNC cut copper cross with a hole in the middle. The coaxial cable is inserted in the cross and soldered to it. The “petals” are then soldered to the 4 leads of the cross. A generous amount of epoxy is then poured over and around this solder joint and than the wires are “dipped” in black plasti-dip which is RF transparent  and protects the copper plating of the steel wires.

This set will incorporate the new CRASHPROOF system, which consists of a copper cross cnc cut with a hole in the middle, soldered around the coax sheeting and to the bottom legs of the antenna. This will allow the antenna to withstand most crashes with little to no damage.

10km at 10 meters altitutde is possible with this antenna and a matching Pinwheel on the plane, or 20-30 km are possible with much more altitude (around 1000 meters)

This is a great light and compact everyday antenna. With 7.5- 9 dbi gain it’s a great compromise when space is a problem. The antenna has been tested to 14km* (*using 500mw lawmate tx and lawmate rx with saw filter mod), and so it should be good for most pilots who just need to do Aerial Video and/or Photography at distances around 8-10 km in total safety

This Helix has a lower gain, as compared to our 8 turn one, and can be used in  place of a patch for Circular Polarization. with a gain between 6.5-8 dbi , it can be used without a tracker, just aim in the general direction of flight! It can be also made with a 90° connector for mounting to the fatshark and aim it by facing the model.

I developed this new Pentalobe V.2, which is an evolution not a revolution of a OMM optimized pinwheel. WIth slight more pitch angle an an extra lobe, gain and circularity are improved. Also this antenna is a better match to 50ohm compared to the older pentalobe.

This antenna set works quite well, and it  does provide improved video between 1-2 km on Hobbyking/Foxtec system (choose RP-SMA male connectors), or on Fatshark/ImmersionRC systems (choose SMA maleconnectors)
Range may vary, one  customer claimed a record distance of 5.5km with just fatshark attitude + 600mw irc transmitter and this pair of antennas.
These pinwheels can be used also with our 8 turn Helical for ranges up to 10KM* (400mw foxtec tx + rc305 rx)

5.8GHz FPV Antennas
RHCP 5.8GHz Parasitic Disk Helix 9.3dBi-Fatshark mount- For 3-4km racing quad
This is a new development for FPV antennas. It’s a 2.75 turns helix, the turns are more closely spaced than a conventional helix, and it uses a parasitic disk to achieve higher gain (9.3dBi) and better axial ratio compared to a regular helix.
The result is a very compact moderately directional antenna with very good efficiency, and same gain as a 3 turns conventional helix. The total length is less than half that of a comparable 3 turns helix, which is slightly more than a linear patch antenna which shines if attached directly to your FPV goggles. The ease of aiming this is unbelievable it feels almost as an omni when flying your course nearby and it becomes slightly directional with very wide beam width when going far. We have taking our racing quad to 3-4km with a 200mw VTX and this antenna.

RHCP Half Sphere Helix 2.4GHz
This is one of our most popular antennas, very high efficiency, 9dBi gain, 76 degrees beamwidth at -3 dB.
Easy to aim, tested good at 15+ km flights with tbs tuned lawmate tx. It performs like a 4.25 tuns, but with much smaller footprint.Â
The antenna weighs 50 grams, a full set of data is available from anechoic chamber testing for the more technical customers.
This antenna can be used for 2.4GHz analog video rx and tx, it can also be used to extend the rc radio control range.
