These pinwheels can be used also with our 8 turn Helical for ranges up to 10KM* (400mw foxtec tx + rc305 rx)

I fly a Phantom two vision plus. After installation and test I can say that this mod works perfectly. I selected it to add signal strength and stability while in a dense urban environment.

This pinwheel is excellent. I tested this against two other antennas; an ImmersionRC RHCP with a red stalk bought from Hobbyking, and a no-name RHCP pinwheel with a flexible stalk. With no antenna on my goggles, the immersion RC gave around 4 metres through thick walls, the no-name about 5 metres, and the FPVLR tuned pinwheel gave around 7 metres through thick walls.
This is by no means scientific but it certainly gives me confidence that these antennas perform better than anything else that I’ve tried.
